How to Get Lookup table value in Business central

Hi All,

Here I am talking about General Journals page of business central. you can see in the below screen print Shortcut Dimension 1 Code field is renamed by Property code.

and I need to get CorporateId value from this lookup as per selected Property-code by general journal line.

Is there any way to achieve lookup table column value?  using AL code.

I have tried some code as you can see in the below screen print., but it didn't work for me.

    why do you cycle the recGenjournal?

    you should loop the rec

    trigger OnAction()

    begin

     repeat

       CorporataId:=GetCorporateId();

       if Corporateid<>14 then

           message('Not 14');

     until rec.next:=0;

    end
