SharePoint Zetadocs Content Type - Columns automatically hidden

Hi everyone,

We have noticed an issue regarding the Zetadocs content type for a few of our customers. Columns for this content type and its associated view have been hidden.

These columns were Created, ZetadocsRecordLink and ZetadocsRecordLinkType.

I managed to find the pages for these columns in SharePoint by looking at another column's URL and making an educated guess on what the URL would be for that column. I then selected the option in SharePoint to set the column from Hidden to Optional.

Even after this, I still couldn't add the column back at the site level via the content type, or view level, it's just not available from the list of columns.

Has anyone else had this issue, so far three of our SharePoint online customers have this issue.
I have the same question (0)

Hi, Zetadocs is not a standard feature of NAV, please contact this partner directly.

    Thanks.

Zetadocs support are aware of the issue, it's to do with the old SharePoint PowerShell script that is used to setup Zetadocs in SharePoint for the first time.

You can unhide the column, using a PowerShell script they provide which unhides the column in various different places within SharePoint.

This doesn't happen for their new Zetadocs setup script going forward.

Hope this is helpful to someone searching the deep reaches of the interweb for an answer.
