BC Service Quote and Invoice (word reports) not calculating total line amounts.

It looks that on service quote and invoice (word report) - BC is not calculating totals.

for example if there are 4 different line items - total amount at the bottom shows only amount from first line.

Word form is prepared properly, works elsewhere but not on service quotes and invoices (word version). On RDLC its fine.

Any experience?

Hi, I checked the 5911 report of the standard environment, it only has the RDLC layout. It seems that this Word layout is customized by you, please contact the developer to check this problem.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

Yes standard is RDLC but user can create copy in word format.

Now problem is that in word there are XML fields "TotalAmt" "TotalGrossAMt" which are not diplaying what they should.

they should show totals of all lines but it shows only 1st line. This seems to be issue with Service Quote and Service Invoice - on sales and purchase reports all works fine.

Seems that MS needs to fix default reports? Altenrative is that we create new reports but this is not good long term.

Hi, please note that these fields are not directly used in RDLC.
    For example,

Because formulas are supported in RDLC layout but not in Word, Microsoft does not guarantee that its standard DataItem can be used in Word unless there is a standard Word layout.

If you insist that this is a Microsoft problem, you can submit a Service Request to Microsoft.

Hopefully other experts can give you better advice.

    Thanks
