Greetings!

I'll be using only Contacts entity and two custom entities in my D365 online environment.

Is it advisable / possible to remove the below so that the overall layout looks neat ?

  1. Modules that are not used
  2. Menus that are not used
  3. Menu Sub categories that are not used

Thanks

Shyam

    Hi Shyam,

As Omar mentioned, you can limit the entities using PowerApp (model driven app), which is nothing but a new site map where you can limit the entities on a business specific, for example, one app for( example, contact, account, Contract and invoices) Finance  & one app for Sales( contact, accounts, lead, opportunity). Moreover even it allows you to limit forms, views, Dashboards etc. If you are more design perspective the  go for canvas app. you can explore the below option and choose the right one according to your business.

To understand more please refer the below links:

If this resolved your query, mark it as verified to close the thread.

    Hi,

That's why Model-driven apps are there for you. You can create a model driven app (from make.powerplatform.com) and modify the sitemap to only include the entities you want. This way, all clutter is gone :)
