has anyone ever heard of something like this? we have consultants and Microsoft involved but in short one particular type of work for sales order full pallets is shown as system directed on the mobile device. then after general D365 issues around server connection and maybe other unknown IT issues is stopped working on the application for the mobile, the scanners on the shopfloor and even on the client mobile log in itself.
But all other system directed work such as replen work no issues. And also not all users where effected when this happened.
more consufusing still is the work is there, and when i replicate a new mobile menu for system directed work i get the same result. but when i create one that uses a work id, load id or shipment id to retrieve the work, it works perfectly and presents the work in the mobile menu.
So in short the work is there, it is accessible to pick, but NOT for system directed work at all.
Are you using the new system directed work sequence query? Experienced similar behavior; however, this only occurred because system directed query information was missing.
