May I ask what is Service Contract Quotes and how do we use it and when do we use it?
It's a previous business step to contracts like the ones you've in purchase or sales. First your company should make customer service.

You can use a service contract quote as a forerunner of a service contract, in which your company makes an offer to the customer and obtains customer approval before you can convert it to a service contract.
