Missing Company Dimensions

Dynamics is not sending us child entities... no dimensionValues with the dimensions

For example, there is a category called ASSET which has a parent-child relationship

Our end user has confirmed in their UI that these dimensions set up in their Dynamics UI.

Can someone explain the discrepancy between the raw fetch data (JSON) and what the client is claiming is in their UI?
