Outlook Integration for CRM On-premise

Hi,

Can someone suggest me the steps to be followed for outlook integration for CRM 2013 On-premise.

I followed some blogs but they are not working properly.

    hi Nijo, so you just want to know how to install the outlook client or tou want to configure  crm emails to be processed by outlook client instead if the email router?

    For on-premise we need to setup IFD , so I need a guide to setup outlook integration for CRM on-premise

    Hi Nijo,

    You don't need IFD to be able to set up the Outlook Client. Please use the below link.

    All you should need to do is install the client and use the correct URL to be able to install and use the CRM Outlook client.

    Dear Pat,

    If IFD is not configured then how I will access this from outside, (Use outlook integration from my home)

    Hi Nijo,

    Do you have VPN set up? If you dont then you are correct that you would need to set up CRM for Outlook when it is on the same network.

    VPN is not there I need to access outlook client for onprem like we use for Online, I have done this for Online.
