Saving a marketing email is not working

When I try to save an adjustment in the email, the saving button doesn't do anything. I also tried to adjust it through the HTML template but that doesn't work either. Also incognito doesn't save my email.

    Is there any error message shown?

    Have you checked if you have the create or edit privilege to the Marketing Email entity?
