What to do to be able to modify the amount of consumption and it is greater than quantity

Because it does not allow me to modify the consumption quantity field if it is not equal to or less than the quantity field.

I have to do to achieve it

Hello,

On an Assembly Order when consumption is greater than the Assembly Line, I reopen the Assembly Order and add a new Line for the additional Item consumption.
