How to change the mapping from "Account" to another Entity in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for Dynamics CRM ?

Hi Guys,

We just set up LinkedIn Sales Navigator with our CRM. Everything is ok (connexion etc.)

But the problem is when I want to add someone to our CRM with an existing company in our CRM, the mapping is to ACCOUNT in LinkedIn so I can't find it because in our CRM we created another entity and called it COMPANY, and all of them are in COMPANY's entities.

How can I change the mapping and instead of Account , having COMPANY's entity here?

MANY THANKS,

I have the same question (0)
