I am Rosy Sharma working as consultatnt in D365, want to lear more about it and if if anyone can help me in getting the certification for microsoft that will be helpful.I am not able to register myself for the certication exam online.

Now please describe the problem. "I am not able to register" doesn't tell us what exactly failed.
