Hello All,

We are using D365 On-Premise version 9.x

We are using Unified Client Interface for our implementation. I am not able to create Personal views or filters for the same.

Let me know if I am missing any settings.

Any help would be much appreciated !!!

Regards,

Sachin

I don't have an official update but last I heard internally, this should be around the corner.

Here is the official blog post on this: Next on-premise update brings the latest version of Unified Interface | Microsoft Power Apps

    Hello Souheil,

The v9.1 version of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement on-premises is around the corner and is planned for Q2 of 2021.
With a few limitations that will be documented, it should contain an updated version of Unified Interface that will be close to the capabilities that were released in the October 2020 online version (2020 Release Wave 2).

    Hi Souheil,

As far as I know, there are currently no public details on an updated version of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement for on-premises customers. I'll try to keep you updated as soon as there is something I can share here.

Hi Sachin, thank you for using the Dynamics Communities.  At this time, the "Create View" feature is no available for On Premise UCI.  One workaround is to create the personal view within the Web Client and the view should be available in UCI.

This has been suggested on our ideas page experience.dynamics.com/.../.

    Hi Sachin,

The version of the Unified Interface that is available on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premise) v9.0 is very limited compared to online.
As this was the first early version of Unified Interface, a lot of the legacy web client features were missing, such as creating personal views or having on-par filters on view columns.

There is nothing much you can do, apart from either migrating online or waiting for a potential new version of on-premise that would bring the latest improvements of Unified Interface to on-premise customers.

    Henry
