Posting Master access?

I have a question; do you allow "normal users" access to the master posting windows in Dynamics?

They're requesting access to it so they can simultaneously post batches, but I'm leery of giving them access because they may inadvertently screw up another batch

Thoughts?

    I would not grant this to just anyone.  With access to Master Posting, a user could post every batch, regardless of the Series in which it originated.  A better option might be to give them access to Series Post for their respective module (GL, AP, AR, etc).
