PO Workflow - approval request sent but not sent

I have the PO Workflow setup along with the user workflows but when I try to request approval I get

An approval request has been sent.

And then...

You do not have permission to create or run scheduled tasks.

I'm setup with all permission sets and should be able to request approval

I have the same question (0)

Is this with a full licensed user or a csp cloud user?

Are you using the standard template workflow or have you created your own/changed the template?

I'm using the standard workflow template

Sounds like the approval request is getting created successfully but you are lacking permission to the scheduled task table so try verifying your permission set for that object.

    Hi Steve

This error states that you might don't have permissions for job queue entries and related tables.

After the approval request is sent, it creates a notification entry and a job queue entry (automatically) to schedule the notification for emails (through Notification entry dispatcher codeunit).

I'll look into this plus a suggestion on another forum where my login (from partner account) couldn't initiate a scheduled job.

This may be because the partner login is used.

Try to go in with account with users' domain.

    Thank you,

    Oleg. (originator in another thread)
