Hello Team,

I am having a custom entity which contains all the issues records. There  is 1:n relationship between this phone call entity and issue entity.

My requirement is to get the which particular issue got mostly created from a phone call in a month.

I am not sure how to get this in advanced find.

Any help or guidance is highly appreciated

I guess we cannot find related entity data in advance find but you can create a report with related entity data

    Hi,

Report is first option for this,

    Another option is

You can create one rollup attribute in custom entity, and get count of phone call activities related to that record.

Only thing is you need to put fix filter in rollup attribute, as you want this for a month.

after a month, you need to change filter again

How do u identify that the issue has a connection to phone call? is it a lookup or option set? If you can let us know few fields of your issue form or screenshot, it will be great.

    Hi Prashanth,

It is a lookup. Issue form is having only 20 records and I created a look up in the phone call form to the issue records.

    Hi James,
Following is how you can do it:
Create an advanced find view/personal view or system view on phone calls entity; with created on as Last/This month as per your need

Once you have saved this view>> go to Sales>>Activities>>Phone Calls>>Your new view name and click 'add' on your right and select your x & y axis for the chart

    And save it

Here's what you wanted to see:
