Hi Kevin, thanks for this advice, I'm having our RMS supplier check it out.
Lol! If it was at the "don't worry about it" level, I woudn't have posted, but its happening up to several times a day.
Thanks Antonjo - I'm having our RMS supplier check this out. Appreciate your help
I think Just SQL error
Dont worry about it
Hi there.
From the SQL error You are getting on the top, I would say it is a connection problem. Not sure if it is a simple TimeOut or something more critical.
As from the picture, this is RMS HQ, so logical question is if your database is on the same machine as RMS HQ Manager You have opened? If not, probably the SQL connection is the problem. If it is on the same, check the size of the database versus the SQL Version You have? Maybe You use some Express (free) version and You have reach the maximum. Maybe the space on the HDD is a problem. Please share more details, is it happen on more machines or only one? Is your DB on the same machine? What is the size of your database? Which version of SQL you use?
Hope this helps, BR, A.
Hi! We've come across this 3 times in the last 5 years and it normally related to any of the following items: database or SQL is outdated, RMS database needs a cleanup, bad or not enough memory, or similar hardware/OS/SQL/database issues.
