Information Exported out of D365

D365 Community- is there a way for a D365 CRM admin to see what, by whom, when, etc. of information exported out of D365? We are currently running D365 for Sales v. 8.2 on premise. We are soon migrating to Azure. So can this be done and how in an on premise world and an online world?

    In crm online v9 (below link says on-premise too) - all user activity logging is going to be tracked in O365. This will be a real game changer.
