
We have client that runs Dynamics CRM for Outlook 2016 on their cumputer to track incoming emails into CRM. This computer runs 24 hours / 7 days. Usually, when an email arrive, after few seconds the email will be tracked automatically into CRM. Nowadays, for unknown reason, the automatically track won't run after few seconds when the email arrived. Its need more that 1 hour for the email to be automatically tracked into CRM.
We found a solution for this issues, we just restart the Computer, after we restart the Computer everything back to normal but it's just for few days
Is there any solution to fix this issues without restarting the computer ?
