Hi,

We are trying to sync Business Central Contacts with Dataverse, however we keep getting the same error:

An error occurred when communicating with Dataverse

ErrorCode: 0x80040220

Has anyone got any experience with this error code?

I have the same question (0)

I would recommend opening a support case, so we can take a look.

Hi, we have already tried that unfortunately.

The user account we are using is global admin, with Super access in BC and System Administrator access in CRM

From what I am seeing doing Bing searches is it is a permission error code.  For the integration user can you make them a Global Admin in Microsoft 365 user setup and retry?
