Hi All,
When am trying to create record for Time Entry Entity from the entity form in customer service port.
am getting the below error .
An unknown failure has occurred. Error ID # [a792c2e5-e92c-4084-9570-832c6c3d9dfb]
Kindly please suggest .

is it an online portal ? have you tried resetting/restart the portal ? docs.microsoft.com/.../reset-portal
also enable the plugin error message to see if there is any additional information: community.dynamics.com/.../display-dynamics-365-plugin-errors-on-portal
