Hello All,

I understand that this question has been raised many many times while there is no solid answer. It occurs in GP-Manufacturing ( ver. 10 SP 4) where there are some orphans QMOs/MOs hung up and when I try to access these; to cancel or delete, an error message pops up saying " Another user is working with this record"

It has also been pointed to download an Automated solution from Customer Source which I have tried but it does not work.

Can anyone or Microsoft look into this issue and advise, how to handle this situation.

The usual fix for locked records is

DELETE DYNAMICS..ACTIVITY

DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00800

DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00801

DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_LOCK

DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_SESSION

While no one is in GP.

You could also try stopping/starting SQL or simply rebooting your SQL box.

Hi! In my experience, is a dirty record that remains in the WO010032 table only.

You can detect those types of record, by cheking MANUFACTUREORDERST_I = 0

This was awesome help! Can you tell me, can we simply delete these records from WO010032, or is there a better way to resolve these hung items?
