Is there a budgets that lets you see all 12 months at once?

There is not a window, but you could modify the Detailed Budget report to suppress the details. Probably the best answer I got.

Dan is right, there is not an inquiry wizard. I like using the Budget Wizard Tool. I made this video for my blog today, based on your question. See the attached video from You Tube.
