Hi all...its a long time since I played around with Pervasive SQL 2000!

I have GP 7.5 data (on a PSQL database) on a CD. I plan to migrate it to MSSQL and then upgrade to V10.

I have installed PSQL 2000, installed GP V7.5 and created an 'empty' company.

What are the steps to get the data from the CD into this company I just created? I used to do this in my sleep, but as I said its been a while. Tried just copying the company, financil, sales etc folders in but getting lots of errors.

The account framework is the same as the original install.

Any pointers?

Everything was done on Windows 2003. Hope this helps.

Hello Ian - do you recall what OS you installed the PSQL 2000i on to do the Migration? I have to do a similar migration - but I'm not sure which OS options I have.. I figure SQL will run on XP pro - so I wonder if the PSQL will too?

I don't know the answer about PSQL 2000 and windows 2003 - I will need to check with our guys here.
