Hello Experts
We have configured an outlook email to D365 app, post that we did Inapp notification alert to user.
That means when 'A' person send email to 'B' from D365 app. B should receive that email and email data should record in Dataverse table as well as recipient should in app notification stating your have receive email from A.
The problem is when email sent, record created in table and in app notification received to recipient, but email not received. Can you provide your suggestions to fix this. I used automate flow to save record and inapp notification.

Thank you that works fine now.
U will have to configure the sender's email box also... because once we are using the CRM with outlook for email send then it will create a email copy in D365 and then it will be sent form the sender's mailbox, same process will take place once we track the email from outlook.

Hi Amit - Sender email not configured only receiver email configured.
Have you configured both users mailbox with CRM? if every thing is working fine in CRM.
