I created an Excel table using the excel builder. Once the data has been refreshed I created a pivot table. Any time that I close the spreadsheet and reopen and refresh the setting in my pivot table are lost. How can I have the settings from on the Pivot Table saved and appear when the table is refreshed. This report needs to be distributed to various people who are not excel friendly

Are you asking about the formatting or formula?
1-if you mentioned to formatting, click to the specified field in pivot table values,
short menu will appear, in last option with "value field setting" click it
click in left corner on Number formatting.
now you can do any formatting for this field,
and repeat the last steps for every field you want to save formatting, so do not reset formatting again in next refresh.
