Why is not possible to add fields with personalization on production ?

Hello guys,

I'm able to add fields for this customer using personalization on Sandbox env but I'm not able to do it on Production. (Sandbox env was updated already to V21).
What could the problem ?

    Hello

    Have you tried to click out from the mouse after dragging the field on the form?

    You have to just click left side on mouse and keep dragging your field on the page and then click out from the mouse.

    As per your screen print, I can see your field is ready to move on the page.

    please let us know if it is working.

    I did, but still I don't see them. I think its a Microsoft bug.

    Try to refresh the page OR logout and login it again.

    Okay, you can use AL code to add field on the Page using page extension object.

    Hi, It seems that you are not using Personalization, but Designer?

    I confirmed the fields that can be added using Personalization on the Item Card, No. 2 does not exist, and there are very few fields.

    If you are using designer, please note currently, Designer is only available from a Dynamics 365 Business Central sandbox.

    First of all thanks for info.

    You're right, there is no Design in production only Personalize. (See attached image)

    The problem is that this customer hasn't updated to version 21 yet.

    Their sandbox has been updated and there Personalize works correctly.
