Hi All Has anyone successfully sent SMS via Dynamics 9. I've managed using Flow and Twilow. However Flow is very limited.

There are a lot of options for Twilio SMS integrations, including North52. I guess the question is "what needs aren't met by Flow"?

Hi Anthony,

I built a solution for my employer that sends SMS by utilising the Twilio API, Plugins, and JavaScript. You can develop something similar, or purchase our SMS solution.

Hi Anthony,

At TxtSync we have created a Dynamics SMS integration that allows you to automate the sending of SMS through the Dynamics CRM workflow engine or through MS Flow. We also have an API that you can use should your requirements be bespoke. Our flow connector offers more functionality that Twilio's so there might be something of use there.
