It is IE9 but it wasn't updated.

What version of IE was it running before the upgrade?

    Hi Richard,

it is local installation and nothing mapped to any network location and there is no modified report or forms

For your forms and reports, are you pointing locally or to a shared folder? Try pointing someplace locally where there are no forms or reports dictionaries. Perhaps there is a network issue with this computer.

    Hi Richard,

Yes i did already many times and windows update is already up to date.

That leaves perhaps something with .Net being the issue. Do Window updates routinely get applied to this computer? What is the latest version of .Net installed? Have you tried repairing .Net?

    Hi Richard,

There is no Shared forms or reports.

i already copied GP folder from other working machine but same issue.

I believe issue in the windows itself but i don't know what to check.

    Hi Lynne,

Assuming you are using shared forms and/or reports dictionary would lead me to believe that perhaps DYNAMICS.DIC is corrupt. Otherwise everyone would be crashing.  That is why I suggested copying the entire GP program folder. Give it a shot either way and let us know.
