I realized that for returns made at the shopify POS isn't affecting inventory on Business Central. The orders sync jobs is adding the returns to the shopify returns page but I'm not sure how to post the returns or create any return documents to be posted from there. It seems like something along those lines need to be done in order to affect inventory as for the sales invoices that are created from Shopify POS sales.
Below is my configuration for returns in shopify shop settings in BC. We run 4 locations with MAIN being the warehouse. the returns would be occurring at the other locations and restocking would be done at those locations as well.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
