Is it possible to integrate the DYMO 450 label printer into RMS 2.0.? If so, does anyone have the definition file settings to convert print to the Dymo.

Install the printer using its Windows driver, create a label in Label Designer.

Following is the Definition file used for a (generic text / only) printer:

So why are trying to use a Zebra label format with your Dymo? I told you how to fix it and even gave you some sample labels. Plus the using Label Designer is much more flexible for label creation.
Otherwise go buy a Zebra and the label format you posted will work fine when you do NOT use the Windows drivers for said Zebra.
