Hi Daisy,

The msdyn_AIConfiguration entity consumes File storage when 'AI topic clustering for cases' feature is enabled from Customer Service application.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/configure-topics-clustering-cases-cs

To reduce the storage consumption of msdyn_AIConfiguration entity we can delete the older AI Configurations to manage the storage for the table msdyn_AIConfiguration.

You can use “Bulk Record Deletion” to delete older 'CaseTopicExtraction AIModel' records.
