We have a weird issues going on.   Users are being removed we have had it happen with 3 users now.  No one in IT has done it.  At least no one has fessed up.   Is there away to audit that?

Also is there any type of process in dynamics that would automatically removed a user. account that could be running?

    Hi,
Our team has analyzed your issue and according to the official documentation, the users you create and assign licenses to in the O365 Admin Center will create a record in the "User" table in the "Dataverse", which you can enable auditing on. You can enable auditing on this table to view the creation and deletion of users.
Here are some simple steps to help you understand the above paragraph

Step1, before you enable auditing on "User", you need to enable auditing on the environment in PPAC first.

Step2, go to Power Apps backend, select "Table" tab, select "User", click "Settings" to enable auditing.

Step3, create a test user in O365 admin, add it to the environment, and then simulate deleting it, you can check the audit result in PPAC.

When we delete a user in O365, the user will become "Disable", you can find it in the "DisableUser" view of "User" in PPAC, but it is not possible to delete the user in O365. At this time, the user still can not be deleted in the environment, you need to enter the AAD background, delete the user permanently, and then return to PPAC to delete the user.

If you enable auditing, the above steps can be seen in the audit summary.

In addition, if your user was recently deleted and not permanently deleted in AAD, you can also try to recover the user, please refer to the following Microsoft official document.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/delete-users#restore-deleted-users

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Rudy Zhang
