Hi,

Is there any way to use customer-specific pricing for the sales order agent?

As per my understanding, it is currently only picking the price defined in the Item Card. However, I need the agent to pick the relevant customer-specific sales price from the Sales Price List table.

Is this possible?

Hello Asanka,

Out of the box, the Sales Order Agent (Copilot) does not reliably use customer-specific prices from Sales Price Lists and often falls back to the Item Card/base price; there is currently no setup option to change this and no supported way for extensions to hook into Copilot’s price resolution logic. Customer-specific pricing itself works fine in standard BC, but the agent doesn’t fully honor it yet, so the practical workaround is to re-validate the sales lines after the order is created (manually or via a small automation/extension), which will then correctly recalculate prices based on the customer’s price lists. This is a known product limitation rather than a configuration issue.
