The 'Areas that display this entity' are greyed out on my Dynamics CRM Online instance.
I read that you can edit this in the site map editor, however I am unsure on how to do this?

Once the name of an entity is set, it cannot be modified you will have to consider recreating the entity with the required name.

The entity was already created by the system. So is there no way of editing the grey out areas to display the Quote Product in Sales/Service or Marketing?

As in CRM you cannot edit, but in Site Map editor we need to check and test, sorry i do not have Site Map Editor in my machine to validate this.
