Hello All Experts,
When i am clicking on the go offline button there comes a message which asks me for some downloadable items which are as a prerequisite.
when i click on ok button i am asked for administrative username and passwords due to our group policy.
it will be great if someone can help me in understanding the prerequisites download in this.
