Automated e-mail notification for new/updated tasks

Hi Community!

I need help with setting up my own flow.

How can the flow in Power Automate be structured so that end users receive an e-mail notification when they receive a new task?
These can be completely new tasks, where they are stored as the owner, or tasks that have been processed by another person and are now being processed by the new owner.
It is important that a notification is only sent when the owner of the task is changed.

I have already started to build up the flow.
But the owner now always receives an email notification when the appointment is updated.

How should I adjust my flow?
Thanks for the help!

Br,
Isabel

    Hi,
You need to include the **ownerid** in the selected columns, so the flow will only trigger when the owner is changed.
