I have a problem in Master Planning Results appears in NET requirements For a certain Item I have a stock of 38,250.00 pcs and total annual forecast is 36,400.00 pcs. The strange behavior that Master Planning Creates a planned Orders although safety stock is ZERO for this Item . 
 
Can any Body Help Me to find reason for that ?? 
 
 
Also I need your Help about that Negative value in Inventory ?

    basically I believe that it can be reproduced why this is the result of the planung, even it is not as easy as it depends on multiple settings.
    Pls share settings of the used master plan, coverage group, item coverage settings, current onhand and also forecast planing and existing open sales and purchase orders.
     
    Often planing is coming to the end of the planing period and for that reason the outcome of the planing is not understandable on the first view.

    Good Day and thanks a lot for your concern. I just finally knew the reason for this Behavior. The main cause was Positive days parameter in MinMax coverage group which was 100 days so Master Planning was generating a batch Order every 100 days even if inventory covers all year Demand forecast. Changing it to 360 days solves the Problem :)
