D365 Transfer Order Status - Shipped to Received

We use transfer orders to replenish warehouses on a weekly basis. These transfer orders follow the standard statuses, Created (before despatch), Shipped (whilst in transit) and Received (once delivery has been made). The receiving warehouse must confirm receipt of delivery on a mobile device using the warehouse application by scanning the delivered licence plates.

The licence plates are received into the default receiving location that is LP controlled, with work then automatically created to move the licence plate into a non-LP controlled location which releases the LP and completes the receiving process.

I have a transfer order that appears to be completely received into the receiving warehouse (all transfer quantities have matching received quantities), the licence plate has been released and is no longer associated with any stock, and the individual stock items are now showing (via On Hand list) in the non-LP controlled location - suggesting the transfer order has been received.

However the transfer order status remains as "Shipped" and I cannot work out what is preventing this updating to "Received" - I've tried some basic trouble shooting but can't see anything obviously wrong or in error.

Is anyone aware of how this may have happened and what I can do to investigate & resolve?

    Hi,

In case all transfer lines are received correctly and the related inventory transactions do have the correct status, there is no functional support to fix this. How this might be caused is unclear to me.

You can ask a developer to create a runnable script or contact Microsoft Support.

    Hi,

Is this happening in all cases or in particular transfer order?
If it is happening in all cases, then finding the root cause is must.

In case, it is happening for rare cases, please consider using this option Recalculate Header Status: by giving filteration for particular transfer order number.

    Regards, NK

Thank you for the responses and suggestions.

In response to Sagar's suggestion, the received quantity matched the transfer quantity for each line, every line displayed "nothing" after adding "remaining"

We used Neeraj's suggestion of "Transfer order manual correction" to update the status - this was successful and the status is now showing as Received. The issue appears to be a one off, it hasn't happened before (over thousands of transfer orders) or since
