Browser back and next buttons are not working in Dynamics CRM Portal

Hi All,

I created a web form with multiple web form steps. The "Next" and "Previous" buttons provided OOTB by Dynamics CRM portal work well. However, when browser back / next buttons are clicked, postback seems to happen but the browser remains in the same step, doesn't move forward / backward to other steps. Any ideas on this?

Hi,

I have the same problem where the browser back and next button are not working as it should.

However, the buttons on the portal page works fine.

Did you manage to resolve the issue in the end?
