When I try to transfer assets between companies I receive the following error.
The client is on GP version 12.00.1412 and I was logged in as sa when I received this error. If I check Create new asset ID, I am thrown right out of GP without an error message - just Dynamics GP has stopped working.
All suggestions are appreciated.

Hi Brenda,
Looks like its a bug in FA Intercompany process.
I assume this issue comes when the Asset being transferred would be the first Asset for the destination company, which is FACEN in your case.
If so, the work around would be to create an Asset in FACEN first and then continue with the FA Intercompany Transfer from FAWNY. If you don't want to do so, then I would recommend to execute the below query.
INSERT INTO FACEN..FAINDEX(INDXNAME,INDXFILENAME,INDXVALUE) VALUES (2,2,0)
If the above query executes without any Primary Key Violation error, then it solves your issue.
