Hi All,

I'm currently trying to work out how to create a section in the account entity which shows a total number of Leads attached to the account.

Would anyone be able to help me with this?

The above is the top of my accounts entity - On there i would like a box which totals how many leads are connected to this account.

Many Thanks

Kerry

    Create a rollup field on the account entity for the lead entity.  Select count as the value to be rolled up.

    Hi,

    This could be easily achieved by Advanced Find function in CRM. Did you mean you want to achieve it by script?

    Hi Kerry,

    Create a new rollup field and add it to a new section(just like you wanted a box) under header section.

    Here is an article(like others have suggested) that explains how to create a rollup field with a similar example as your requirement. Try to follow it and let us know if you are stuck anywhere.

    Thank you.

    Hi Kerry,

    If you dont want to create rollup field , I would suggest create a  text field and put it in the header of the  form . Now in the form on load using JavaScript API  call get the number of leads and set the value to the fields.

    Thank you for your responses... I have followed the steps you suggested however it does not seem to be calculating the amount of leads connected to this account - It seems to be showing a calculator instead? Please see screenshots below;
