Teams notification when user is @mentioned in timeline

Hi,

Earlier, Microsoft came out with information about the following functionality being released for Public Preview Feb 2022:

"Use @mentions in the timeline of a record and be assured that the user will be notified automatically in their Teams chat through the Dynamics 365 Sales bot."

I can not find any information about this from Microsoft anymore... Anyone knows if it will be implemented or not?

Hi JohannaH,

It's not implemented by now. This feature was in 2021 Release Wave 2, but now is removed. And I check the 2022 release wave 1, this feature is not mentioned.

However, you could use power automate to achieve this. Please refer to this:
