Can clients update their own details for a CRM Database from an external source? Email Link, Website, etc... Instead of the classic Mail Out and than re-enter the Data?

I am currently working on a clients CRM Database cleansing data, they would like to do a large mail out to get customers / vendors to verify and update their details. Such as ABN, addresses, contacts, etc... This would involve mailing out their details, waiting for a response, re-enter data into CRM Dynamics.

Does CRM Dynamics have any functions that allow clients to update their own details, without someone having to go through a massive bag of letters and emails and manually put the data into the system.
