Dynamics GP Power BI Home Page Scripting Error

(1) ShareShare
ReportReport
Posted on by

Hello,

I've been experiencing for about a month a scripting error on my GP Home Page when I scroll over a Power BI report:

An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Line: 1234

Char: 10093

Error: Assignment to read-only properties is not allowed in strict mode.

Code: 0

URL: https://app.powerbi.com/13.0.4482.132/scripts/powerbiportal.dependencies.externals.bundle.min.js

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? (Yes / No)

Whether I select 'yes' or 'no', the error still appears. This is occurring in my coworker's environment as well. Any thoughts on resolving this error would be most appreciated. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,

Mike

    Hi Shawn,

I am having the same error in GP2018(18.00.0438) and window server 2012 standard.

I tried your step but it doesn't work in my scenario. As in window server 2012 doesn't not support with IE 11 and the step enforcing to emulate in IE11. Anyway to get rid of this error?

Thank you Shawn! Adjusting the setting to 11000 (Decimal) worked perfectly.
