Collation mismatch on Data Migration from AX 2012 to D365 FO

Hi ,

I am working on a project of Data Migration from AX 2012 to D365 FO.

The issue I am facing is that I am getting error of mismatch collation of AX2012 DB and on D365 AXDB in which I am upgrading . The AX 2012 DB has collation "Latin1_General_CI_AS" and our FO upgrade environment has collation "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS".

so is there any possible way  to resolve this conflict ?
