In our CRM environment, the web service URL changed automatically from

https://server-name/org-name/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc?wsdl

https://server-name/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc?wsdl

The organisation name was removed. There was no change to CRM. Could this have been caused due to a change to network. Please note that this is an on-premise internet facing deployment using ADFS.

When accessing an internet facing org externally you would have this kind of URL without the org name in the path - perhaps you are using the external URL?

Probably there could have been an IFD is done.

Hi

Seems like a routing issue, the application accessing the CRM web service seems to be routed externally hence the URL without org name.
