System Administrator can't see System Dashboards

Wondering if anyone has seen this before. A user who is a System Administrator can't see all of the System Dashboards. Any idea why that might be? Two other users who also have the System Administrator security roles can see them.

Hi Megan,

By any chance may be system admin role has been removed from the dashboard. Could you please go to settings--> Customization-->Customize the system--> Dashboard --> Enable Security role ->Check whether the System Administrator security role is checked or not, or try to make it display to everyone.

In addition also make set as default for that dashboard .

No one has edited the enabled security roles for those dashboards?

Thanks for the feedback, the dashboard has System Administrator set as one of the security roles. The user that can't see the dashboard has System Administrator as a security role. Two other users who have System Administrator as a security role CAN see the dashboard.

Most likely the Access Mode of the affected user is not set as Read-Write. Set the Access Mode as Read Write under CAL
