is there any way i can cancel this or make it complete ,

note that the system doesn't let me complete it manually because location and user ID are missing

and we are on the production environment so there is no SQL

any idea how i can fix this situation

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Angelo Russo,

Didn't you turn on the parameter for location directives in case if the location isn't found system should thrown an error.

    Regards,

    Zain

Create a mobile device menu item with Mode = Work and Use existing work = Yes. Set Directed by to User directed, and do not add any Work classes to the menu item.

Sign on to a mobile device as worker aa, and select the new mobile device menu item. Enter the Work Id. The mobile device will ask for a Put location, which you must provide.

Agree with Guy, this is not actually "Stuck", just a normal work that someone picked up, and never put down.

Find that user and ask him to "put it down", using the menu item as Guy suggests.

additionally in PU31, new feature in work management is expected to stop/close centrally
