Pause SLA for Custom entity

Dear ALL,

we are implementing SLA on Custome entity.

But we are not able to set pause status for it.

Also not able to view "Inactive" status for custome entity.

Due to this if we deactivate the record then also SLA is in progress mode.

please suggest if anything missing.

Hi Jeyy,

this is the out of box design. only the status reason under active status is able to pause. perhaps you can set the SLA to success when the status is inactive?

Hi Jeyy,

You can not pause SLA for any inactive record for your custom entity. If you really need this I would suggest add Status reason in your custom entity . Please find the reference.
